Rnia began with a question:

How can we make espresso extraction more precise, more stable, and more liberating? For us, an espresso machine is more than a mechanical tool; it is the point where engineering, coffee knowledge, and the barista experience come together. Rnia was founded on this belief: technology should not be an end in itself, but a means to achieve greater stability, greater control, and greater freedom in extraction. Every engineering decision at Rnia begins with one clear purpose: to create the conditions that allow the barista to focus with greater confidence on what ultimately happens in the cup.

Dynamic Temperature & Pressure Control

Vesta continuously monitors actual temperature and pressure and corrects deviations from the selected values in real time. The result is more stable extraction conditions and greater repeatability across consecutive shots—even as machine operating conditions and coffee-bed resistance change.
Here, “dynamic” does not refer to changing a temperature or pressure profile during extraction. It means actively maintaining the selected Setpoint under changing conditions. In a real café environment, conditions never remain completely constant. Consecutive extractions, incoming fresh water, changes in coffee-bed resistance, and small variations in preparation can all influence actual temperature and pressure.

Stability is more than setting a number.
